Bussy months

Sorry for not posting more lately, but the last weeks have been quite bussy for me. My new publishing house Rodenburg Verlag (www.rodenburg-verlag.de) takes a lot of attention. I feel very glad, that my book is receiced so well. Many thanks to all readers and supporters!

Beside this I have been to several events and conferences lately. Starting with the animago award in Potsdam, near Berlin, the CINEMA 4D day in Vienna,Austria and the 3D Network meeting in Duesseldorf. Often combined with trainings and speaches. I really get used to it. It’s so much fun to meet C4D users everywhere and to give informations to users of other 3D packages to help them make the right software decisions.

Just to let you know how things are going. Hope to see you soon in person at some other 3D event or at some training. Just ask me for courses, locations and offers.

This time modelled my old Super8 camera. Rendered with the great new renderer of Cinema 4D 13.

This image is the result of a new CINEMA 4D 13 workshop. I tried to use as many of the new rendering features as possible in one image. The front shows the new Tiles-shader and the landscape mask shader on the english telephone booth. The background is all about the new depth of field and motion blur. I also used lots of hair for the gras, the stones and the water drops and PyroCluster for the clouds. The scene is only lit by the physical sky. Rendered with the new physcal camera, including the new indirect illumination.

Summer thunderstorm

What a strange summer this year.

First we had quite a nice April/May, then a cloudy and rainy June/July.

Now it alrady seems we have to prepare for autumn. Here is one of the thunderstorm photos I took some days before…

New video2brain recordings in Austria

I just returned from another bussy week in Austria. First I recorded some new video trainings for video2brain in Graz. After that I visited the C4D event in Salzburg. The following photo shows the video2brain booth I was running there.
